ConsensusDOCS 702: Standard Form Purchase Order

ConsensusDOCS 705: Invitation to Bid/Sub-bid
This form allows Subcontractors to describe the scope of work covered in their bids.

ConsensusDOCS 706: Subcontract Performance Bond
Guarantees the Subcontractor's performance. It can be requested by a construction Contractor from a Subcontractor.

ConsensusDOCS 707: Subcontract Payment Bond
Guarantees that the Subcontractor will pay the laborers and material suppliers. It can be requested by a construction Contractor.

ConsensusDOCS 710: Subcontractor's Application for Payment
A standardized form for Subcontractor's requests for payment.

ConsensusDOCS 721: Subcontractor's Statement of Qualification, Specific Project
The Subcontractor uses this form to provide information, such as personnel qualifications, industry references, performance history, and safety record, to a Contractor who is assessing the Subcontractor's qualifications to work on a specific project.

ConsensusDOCS 750: Contractor/Subcontractor Agreement
This subcontract agreement between a Contractor and Subcontractor can be used with the ConsensusDOCS 200 or other agreements. It includes an indemnity agreement.

ConsensusDOCS 750.1: Contractor/Subcontractor Rider for Material Storage at Site
Governs the storage of specific materials and equipment at a Subcontractor's yard. Sets a standard agreement for storage that will ensure the minimum precautions and coverages are agreed upon (and purchased if they are not covered in the Builder's Risk Policy for the Project). May be attached as a rider to the ConsensusDOCS 750. ConsensusDOCS 750.1 elaborates on Subparagraph 8.2.4 of ConsensusDOCS 750.

ConsensusDOCS 751: Contractor/Subcontractor Agreement (Short Form)
Places all negotiated points/project-specific terms at the beginning. Contractor assumes risk of owner non-payment. Includes an indemnity agreement.

ConsensusDOCS 760: Subcontract Bid Bond
Use when a bid or proposal bond is required.

ConsensusDOCS 795: Subcontract Change Order
Use to formalize changes in the work and make adjustments to subcontract time and price.

ConsensusDOCS 796: Subcontract Interim Direct Change
Use as a unilateral order issued by the Contractor in absence of agreement on price and time for changes in the Subcontractor's work.
